Living, Learning and Thriving in communities across North Carolina.

The Providers Association members collectively touch the lives of hundreds of people each day. As an industry, we are faced with a shrinking human service workforce and a landscape of change in the Behavioral Health and IDD service delivery system. It is imperative that we continue to learn how to navigate issues that affect those that our services support.

Please join The Providers Association in this three-day conference that will:

Focus on ways to cultivate the Direct Support Professional roll in your organization, Practice Leadership, Innovations Core Competency, address challenges of staffing shortages/workforce development and leadership burnout. With presentations from John Raffaele and Rod Brown during our general sessions.

We will also spend time with representatives from Division of Health Service Regulation to learn about the new survey protocol, hear about their revised leadership structure and see what the trends in deficiencies in the state have been during the past year.

Julia Adams, The Provider Association Lobbyist, will give us up to date information related to the political climate in North Carolina and what that means for IDD services.

And finally, Medicaid leadership staff will join us to provide insight as to how ICF/IID and Innovations services fit with the Tailored Plan.

Food, Fellowship, and awesome prizes will ensure that your experience is well worth the ticket price!
